Our Role

Vaghela Global Sourcing was established to create a more structured connection between international buyers and Indian suppliers.

Many sourcing conversations fail because specifications are incomplete, supplier capabilities are not properly understood, or commercial communication begins before the parties are aligned. Our role is to improve this early stage.

Our Operating Model

We collect buyer requirements, identify potential suppliers, coordinate preliminary information, and support introductions to appropriate registered export partners where required.

We do not present ourselves as a manufacturer, inventory owner, direct exporter, logistics provider, customs broker, or regulatory authority unless a specific written arrangement establishes otherwise.

Canada and Gujarat Presence

Canada-based buyer development supports international communication. Gujarat-side coordination supports supplier discovery, capability review, and local follow-up.

Responsible Commercial Introductions

Introductions are based on preliminary commercial fit. Supply, quotations, regulatory eligibility, documentation, payments, and shipment remain subject to the relevant buyer, supplier, and registered export partner.
